Please add 7% NJ sales tax and 5 % occupancy fees to the following rates.
Studios $365-385/night+taxes: Sleeps 4 or 5; one large room, includes a kitchenette and full bath
Suites $340/night+taxes: Sleeps 4; one large room with a full size bed, second room with two twins. Includes a private bath.
Private baths $215-$250/night+taxes: Sleeps 2; either a queen, full, or two twins. Includes a private bath,

Reservation Policies
In order to make a reservation, a valid credit card number is required as well as a mandatory deposit of one night’s stay.
A two night minimum is required on weekends and on any stay in a studio.
Room rates are based upon a maximum of two occupants (suites & studios excluded). There is a $15 charge for any additional occupants/night.
The Ocean Vista has a one week cancellation policy on all regular room reservations; two weeks on Suites and Studios.
